Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes.  This means that I am required to act at all times in your best interest.  I don’t take commissions on products I recommend you purchase such as insurance or mutual funds.  I also will  not take referral fees for referring you to other professional resources like estate planning attorneys, tax professionals, or insurance brokers.

  • I am paid directly by my clients via a credit card or ACH transaction.  You’ll always know how much you’re paying before you agree to work with me.

  • I can’t promise investment results (hint: nobody can). But, what I can do is help you design a portfolio that gives you the long term growth your plan needs while reducing unnecessary risk you may be taking on.

  • Once we’re done working together, there will be no doubt in your mind that you got many multiples of the fee you paid for the work we did together.  Some things are easy to measure, such as the taxes saved every year by optimizing asset location and withdrawal strategies. 

    Others are more difficult to measure.  For example: how much is it worth to know you have a solid plan so you don’t have to stress or react to scary economic news? How would it feel to retire several years earlier than you thought you could because you worked with a professional who showed you how?

    Difficult to measure, but worth many times what you’re going to pay me!
